Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet all patients and visitors Schedule and confirm patient appointments Register patients and verify insurance eligibility Collect payments through various software systems Utilize phone system, fax machine, printer, copier, and scanner for all office functions Maintain a clean and organized front office appearance Other general administrative office duties Skills/
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Computer proficiency including Microsoft applications Exceptional customer service skills Prior experience in a medical office setting performing charge entry, coding, and EMR work preferred Ability to multi-task with high attention to detail Job Type:
