We are growing and constantly expanding our inventory and collection to cater to a variety of preservation fields.
Our products are used in many different applications such as construction, building, window work, cemetery and monument restoration, masonry, DIY projects and more.
Much of our business is through our e-commerce platforms and customer service is a top priority within our company.
We are expanding our office staff and looking for a warm, friendly and welcoming part-time receptionist to answer the phone and provide basic customer support including answering general questions, looking up tracking information, and taking orders over the phone.
Receptionist Duties and Responsibilities Answer phone inquiries and provide basic company information Taking customer orders over the phone Working with the basic functions of our e-commerce platforms including Shopify, Amazon, eBay and Etsy seller centrals Working with the basic function of our online shipping platforms including UPS, USPS, FedEx and Shippo Taking phone messages and directing calls accordingly Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents Receptionist Requirements and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Welcoming, warm and friendly personality Prior administrative or clerical experience preferred Proficient with e-commerce platforms and online shipping stations Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment Excellent time management and communication skills Willingness to learn and to grow with the company Job Type:
