Responsibilities:
Occupational Hand Therapist responsibilities include Assessing patients' strengths and weaknesses.
Devising creative treatment plans for individuals suffering from injuries or muscle, nerve, joint, and bone diseases.
Provide excellent 1:
1 care for your patients, spending an average of 40 minutes with each person.
Helping patients restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability.
Encouraging patients along the road to recovery.
Medical specialties at the clinic include orthopedics and hand therapy.
Adults outpatient caseload.
Qualifications:
CT Occupational Therapist License Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success Basic computer skills CPR and first aid certification required CHT certification preferred MUST have level 2 fieldwork experience in hand therapy, some continuing education courses; and at least 1 year of experience in outpatient hand therapy as a licensed OT preferred.
NO new grads Experience treating all upper extremity orthopedic conditions with focus on the elbow, wrist and hand Salary Description$51.
00 - $57.
