years of hands-on MSP or similar field experience (optional) -Strong written and oral communication skills -Current Industry Certifications (Preferred) Proficiency in:
-Windows Server and desktop (build and migration) -Exchange Server and O365 support -Virtualization (VMWare or Hyper V) -Cloud Hosting (O365, M365, Azure) -Networking (Firewalls, Routers, Switches, Wireless) -Printers/Scanners -Backups/Recovery and test restore
Responsibilities:
-Provide expert IT services both remotely and on-site -Support clients primarily in RI, with potential travel in the Tri-State area -Maintain a self-motivated work ethic -Possess reliable transportation Skills and Traits:
-Ability to work independently -Effective client communication -Collaborative team player -Attention to detail, documentation, and follow-up -Strong multitasking abilities Benefits include:
